"Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree they thoughtfully placed in our room was a lovely touch – it made our stay feel extra special. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. The hotel's location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. "This was the best part of our stay in Germany! The setting was gorgeous with a fantastic view of both the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. It was just what a pictured for a hotel in the Alps. We had a room the would accommodate 4 with a separate sleeping area with 2 double beds. Breakfast and dinner were available and were excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Thankfully everyone spoke English to accommodate us, tourists who do not speak German well."
