"This was a small, bare bones rental. Necessities were included such as kitchen supplies, and I appreciated the gallon of water (water super hard) and the full ice trays. WiFi password didn’t work and I attempted to contact host online, but I never heard back. I think they live on the property, but I didn’t want to bother them. I did get a good cell signal. You might want an extension cord if you like to use your electronics in bed. Cabin may fit 6 in a pinch using couch, but more comfortable for...

"Better than we expected. Excellent beach, dock, and location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped."

"We had a great time at our stay on Hubbard Lake. The owner lives right across the street so he is there if you need anything but never once made us feel as if we were being watched. I have stayed elsewhere where we felt as if the owner watched us the entire stay. This was not the case here! We had a great time. If I had to be picky and complain about something I would say it can get a little warm in the cabins with no ac but it was over 90 our entire stay. Also, the parking is very limited."

"Beautiful, large, clean cottage on Grand Lake with great fishing, close to hiking spots, Lake Huron, and downtown. Host is fabulous. Boat just right for fishing. Have stayed here many times and hope to again!"

"The property was clean and beautiful. The house had plenty of space for all 7 adults and one year old to be together but not right on top of each other. We had so much fun. I would definitely stay here again. We have rented several houses on Hubbard Lake and this one beats them all! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right on the lake!"

"The lake house was very nice. With all the windows facing the lake It has a great view of the lake which was really nice to wake up to each morning. The house was very clean was well stocked with the essentials. The kitchen included everything you need and the great room had plenty of seating for all. The owner was easy to get in contact with if you have any questions or issues."

"The rental was great. Really well kept, comfortable. The beach was amazing. Very few houses around and can’t really see them outside directly by the water. Nice kitchen and really nice deck to hangout on. Check in was as simple as I could have imagined. AC in the rental is just an AC unit on the main floor, but there are fans in all the rooms. Sleep was comfortable outside of the day it got to 90 degrees. Beach does have some rocks, so I would recommend swim shoes if you have them. And lots...
