The location has own parking place. The landlord is very responsive and managed any inconveniences we had. We spent perfect 3 weeks there."

Second surprise was the odor inside the house. It was most likely from a combination of things. An adjacent room in the same building is used to ferment grapes for wine, the kitchen surfaces had not been cleaned well, and cobwebs were in many places.
