The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. "Its a terrible insult to 4* hotels for this old smoke infested hotel to be ranked 4*. It needs a huge renovation. I thought i was gettjng a great deal wihen i saw the price and 4*. To start off its in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. It was a maze to get to front of hirel given that its literally at one corner of a 4 way highway. The room they gave us stenched of smoke. The old carpers look decades old and have soaked up years of smoke. They were kind enough to switch us...

"A fantastic spacious room when rooms often small or compromised in Europe. Very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Huge balcony! Staff fantastic. Especially concierge Shannooth who parked our car, moved bags & got us a new room when first not to our standard. Hectic city spoiled by horrible smog."
