"Hello, my hotel experience was generally good. But I've also had better experiences. There was no sound insulation in my room. There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms. It would be better if there was a second elevator in the hotel. It is a disadvantage that there is only one elevator. The rooms were extremely hot and I had to cool them down by turning on the air conditioner. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the morning.
