"Stayed in a king deluxe room for 5 nights in April '25 Parking is in a carpark 1 block away. Quiet safe area. Large shopping arcade 3 blocks away. Friendly staff with minimal English... but no probs. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, there were plenty of other eaterieswithin a 10-15min walk"

"Very beautifully decorated hotel that was clean. The room was VERY spacious with nice beds and a large seating area. Bathroom was also very clean and spacious with a powder/sink room separate from the bath. Toilet also separate. We had a room with a view towards the harbor which was beautiful. Breakfast buffet could be combined with room cost, but we were also able to purchase separately. Luggage can be dropped off at the gate by the parking, you need park pass for your first day there, the day after your stay, hotel provides a pass. On the morning you leave, drop your luggage off in the lobby and a few hours later it will be ready for pickup near the gate again. This was very convenient. Being able to stay meant we could simply return to the hotel after the fountain lightshow (sometimes with fireworks) get to some busy attractions early the next morning as well with no lines! Breakfast buffet had a nice spread of Japanese and western offerings. Our entire group enjoyed the stay. "
