"The property has an excellent location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were an unexpected delight. There were however several families with children that made quite a bit of noise. The rooms are close together so it is difficult to prevent this. "Very clean and brand new hotel! It feels like home and for the first time I have slept well in hotels because of the mattress. I have to admit that this property better than most of the three or four stars hotel. The biggest and only drawback of this hotel is that is located middle of an industrial area where city connection is a bit difficult. However, nearby there is a train station 'Melsdorf' where it makes travelling quite easier. "
