"The Welcome House was exactly what we thought it was, a great value in a good neighborhood. It provided exactly what we wanted, a clean room, safe area, proximity to public transportation. It wasn't anything fancy, but would stay again, without hesitation. Issue- double booking I had a situation where I accidentally double booked the hotel, and despite the hotel being able to keep 1 night on the reservation I cancelled, they didn't, they cancelled without penalty.
