One of the tall guy receiptionist is very rude to foreigner, always have Long face no matter how polite you are. But overall are good if you just want a cheap tidy hotel for a night.

In general, it has been a good stay in this hotel. I think if the staff at the front desk can do better if they greet the guests with a smile. The breakfast is great and the locations is convenient. Value for money.

Good location and clean room
This hotel is located in umeda, where there are plenty of restaurants and is near the osaka train station. The street where the hotel is located is full of love hotels. The room was very clean. There was a tv screen in the bath. Staff was ok. Their english was not great but they made an effort to understand us.

Won't be staying here again
The room was dated. Bathroom a bit grubby. Walls are thin so could hear all the doors slamming. Air conditioning unit was noisy throughout the night even though it wasn't on, and no way to cut the power. Woke up both mornings feeling shattered. Breakfast was [politely] not good and served in the adjoining restaurant bar, 'Buffalo Wing', which did not seem to attract customers in the evening either. The gentlemen on the desks didn't seem to care. Was told "no space" when I asked to leave my suitcase for 2 hours when checking out. A first for me. Good location maybe for bars, clubs and karaoke if you're into that.

not bad at all considering the price
it is a nice hotel for the price they are asking. Relatively modern and clean with generous breakfast. Good location as well, about 10 minutes walk from Umeda train station.

I checked in on two separate days and on both occasions, they took a lot of time, talking among themselves as if there is a problem, but not telling us what is going on. The room was small but at least clean and tiny. There was no daily room cleaning though.

Room was not very well kept.
Hotel is near shopping mall areas and within 20 mins of walking to train station also near pubs food shops. Rooms are bit scruffy and worned stain floor carpet run down. Toilets inside room is stench possibly ventilation exhaust fan was no longer working to keep dry. Floor was not properly clean bath had seen better days. First time customer may have a hard time to locate the hotel.

Great location, tiny room
The location is fantastic - close to the subway and surrounded by amenities. Only problem is that the single room is really tiny, without much space to move in but then, that's also the reason why the hotel prices are cheaper. Don't bring a big luggage if you want to stay here.
