We rented this place for a week in June 2023. It claims to sleep 10 but thats a stretch. There are 4 beds side by side in 2 semi open rooms on the 2nd floor that supposedly sleep 10. There were only 2 thin bath towels supplied, so this was uncomfortable. The AC was great and a welcome relief to the heat. The location was fine, central. Our big problem was that they charged us more than 2x's what they apparently normally charge. The manager offered to refund almost $1000, but only if I paid the entire week AGAIN and waited for a possible refund on the original payment, via Home Away/VRBO. So If I was to get any price relief for the overcharge I needed to sidestep the VRBO system. All in all, we now realize there are clean small apartments in this area for as little as $80-120 a night. We paid over $500 per night x 7. Disappointing!
