The hotel is located at a very convenient location, just a few minutes from M line Yodoyashi Station. There are convenience stores around the hotel for snacks and instant food. With M line metro, we can get to anywhere easily. The hotel service and staff are very professional. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Japan

1 minute walk to the main line subway entrance and one stop away from Umeda station. The area is much quieter than Umeda, Shinsaibashi and Namba, but only within 10 minutes by metro.

No safe in the room. Very small. Had to move rooms on the third day as our shower was not draining at all. You need to place the room cleaning card on the door before 8am??? If you would like to sleep in then they will not clean your room if its later than 8am. Very odd. Only one washer/dryer for whole hotel.

Fantastic Rooms
The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were pretty small but I assume like the rest of places in Japan. It's clean and the neighboorhood is fantastic.

I like the area subway just underground near the hotel few steps away. Only two washing machine for all the guest to use. Breakfast is the same every day. We ate same breakfast for our entire 6 nights stay.

It was small but functional. I'm 6ft 2in and the bed was well big enough for me. Rooms were quiet, dark and excellent air conditioning. Windows open as well for fresh air. Three lifts in building so no waiting unlinke some hotel chains. To be within 50m of a station exit perfect if travelling. Staff spoke excellent english to help check in process. Would book again.
