My first time to Japan and didn’t really know what to expect. We got in very late and everyone was extremely tired from flying all day but I can honestly say that the instructions and directions provided by Jenny and Ayano made it so easy to locate and access the apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from JR Namba train station. Admittedly there is no reception but this really isn’t a problem. Any queries or questions both Jenny and Ayano were very quick to answer and help with. The apartment itself is quite cosy, especially with a party of 5, and didn’t look exactly like the photos but it was clean and tidy. No it isn’t a 5 star hotel, if that is what you’re expecting, but the beds were comfy, the kitchen functioned and the shower was nice and hot. The only thing we needed was a washing line, which we picked up from the large supermarket next to the train station.
Overall it is a cute, clean, cosy little apartment that has a slight traditional feel to it. It is very well located. Has very helpful owners and I would stay there again anytime.
