Great accommodation, great location! Based on Japanese standard, room size is correct for a family of 4. Beds are very comfortable and amenities such as laundry and kitchenette make your life easy. The building is surrounded by convenient stores and metro stations within 5-10mn walk. Highly recommended!

Close to everything specially the train station. Local ang JR trains are about 5 minutes walk...very convenient. Don Quiote is 5 minutes away for a cheap shopping experience. Everywhere you go there are convenience stores and restaurants. But the best part is they provided everything you need at your stay.

Everything was wonderful! Loved the room , just enough for 3 people . Very cozy . The kitchen had everything that was needed and anything else we needed extra wise was available in the lobby. The only thing was that the washer / dryer didn’t completely dry the clothes . But the clothingwrack helped with drying. Another thing was we wished the front desk would be opened earlier and stayed open longer . Couldn’t grab our luggage’s for 3 days straight .

The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful. Gorgeous view. I liked the shower and it has a nice drying feature to dry your clothes after washing.

Very close to a metro station and easy to commute/walk to Namba which is lovely. Flat was on the small side. Main bedroom small which made it difficult to get out of bed in the night. Lots of additional free services that are available which was great ie mobile wifi box, bikes, rice cooker etc. Shower was fantastic and even had a washing machine. Close to Lawson convenience store. Noise from upstairs flat was quite loud with the children running around. Overall a great location to travel to Universal Studios. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Osaka.
