Really a 4.5 because of the neighborhood and it's a few minutes to walk to the various train stations, but you get good options for stations to use within a few minutes walking. The room staff are really brilliant, the room size is solid for Japan standards, the bed is pretty comfy, it's surprisingly quiet considering the neighborhood near y, the shower is good and the bathtub is really good. The neighborhood is a little interesting especially for Japan, but the hotel is really a find. PS: Try the tea! Wow!

Great hotel in a fabulous location.

This was a great hotel in a great location. As with many Japanese hotels, the rooms were very compact but comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot, it was a shame they didn’t have one of those small Japanese baths. The bed was nice and comfy too. The hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Public transport options are very handy and close by too.

We were here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! My boyfriend found this bed to be the most comfortable of the 5 hotels we booked. We chose this hotel mainly for the proximity to Osaka/Umeda Station which we found great for getting around. There’s a station exit right next to the hotel. There are many affordable and tasty dining options close to the hotel, so you’ll never go hungry. Overall, this was a great stay!
