Thoroughly surprised and really enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located near Hommachi subway station approximately 5 minute walk or Shinsaibashi station approximately 10 minute walk. Really liked the location because of the quietness but yet close enough and walkable to Dotonbori which is a very tourist concentrated area. (approximately 15 min walk). The property was new, clean and service staff was great. Really enjoyed the included breakfast (which can get busy at times) but line moves fast. Rooms are a little small but that is to be expected in most properties in Japan. Exceptional value we think for this place, and would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!

This hotel provided what we know and love from the brand. It was an easy 7 min walk to the subway station, a 711 to be able to get anywhere otherwise this location was a 20 min walk to Dotenburi, and not much else. The bed was comfortable the room layout was good. The breakfast is not great but did appreciate the grab-and-go option, otherwise skip it.

Perfect experience at Holiday Inn Express! We booked this hotel last minute because our original hotel didn’t feel safe and clean. Iona at the reception was exceptional in accommodating our stay and room selection and completely understood our concerns. Location was perfect too, a short walk from the subway station

Was given the top floor room where ceiling had major leak stain... however everything else was great. Breakfast was good, the shower was amazing. There is a lack of amenities compared to other hotel chains, but overall, it's on par with other hotels at this price range.
