此次入住剛開業大阪四季酒店三晚，一切都算順利。 但當辦理退房時，帳單有一筆在房間吸煙的罰款110,000日元。服務人員無任何說明罰款為何產生？直到我表明未在房間吸煙，服務人員才說要查證。 查証後才說房間清潔人員弄錯了，僅淡淡說聲抱歉。 發生這樣疏失，應該不會是四季酒店的服務品質。 希望這樣的錯誤不要再發生，發生後，服務人員要表現為這個錯誤負責任的態度。
