The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer. Their dryer is inside the toilet function.

Their rules are a little strict, but you should be fine as long as you are not a loud person who smokes. The interior is nice and clean, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Osaka Tower (Tsūtenkaku).

It was located in a nice neighborhood close to plenty of convenient stores and late night food places. Also not a bad walk to all the tourist places in Osaka. Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay! Very spacious compared to Japanese standard room. Walking distance to the train station. Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower is just across the street. There’s also a grocery store and convenience stores nearby.

Was a great place to stay problem was didn't get code for the front door till well after we arrived, but people there were great help. Area is nice around a lot of places and attractions. Walkable distance from dontonbori and other stuff.

Positives: Because it's a condo, the room and beds are bigger so it is a comfortable stay. Includes a kitchenette and washer and "dryer" with fairly simple instructions. It's close to the Shinsekai Market and so easy to get to any other tourist areas by train (Dotonburi, Universal Stdios, etc.) Negatives: It says you will receive an email instruction for an entrance code to check-in in which I never got. And after travelling all day and arriving late at night, I was too tired to have to be dealing with this. We were lucky that another guest happen to go in when we got there. Once checked-in and we asked for the code, the 2 they gave us didn't work. It was a slight inconvenience, to an otherwise good stay.

walking distance to the metro station, like 5mins walk. if you fancy walking for maybe 15mins, then the Mega don quijote if nearby too. place is quiet, and clean. the room was properly stocked up with toiletries. and is a decent size room, you can open your luggages on the floor.

Being fully digital was a bit inconvenient. The lobby had no ac and we couldn't wait or store luggage when we arrived early. We were supposed to get our hotel key by email but we ended up having to email the staff to get the info. Thankfully they pretty fast. The room itself was nice

Area was nice a quiet. We were a quick walk away from the train station. We also really enjoyed the bathtub. Getting inside the building was a challenge since we were never sent the code to get into the building before our check in time. The place didn’t feel very secure since you could just get into the building from the stairs without even needing the code. The bed and pillows were also pretty uncomfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. They prepared slippers and toothbrush/ toothpaste which was nice. Property was very clean. 3 minute walk to train station. Nearby 711 and restaurants. Quick communication with property owner, just no actual lobby/ concierge. The only concern we had was the entrance/ elevator was so hot. I noticed fans in entrance but none in the elevator. But overall a great place.

I had big bites. Property size and amenities was good if they have no bed bugs. Needed to buy lots of cream for itch while in Japan. And went home in USA with all the marks still drying up
