"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. "Positives: Location is good. The lady at reception was very nice. Negatives: no shower in the accommodation. A shower was listed in the Expedia room description & you would think this is a basic facility all accommodation would have but alas not here. The apartment was dark & grimy. The fridge had a foul fish odour which tainted our food & seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were old floorboards throughout the apartment which were extremely noisy & kept waking our baby. The...

"Very dated furniture. No wifi in an area that also had very poor 4G. Had to make our own beds as sheets were provided in plastic due to Covid measure I guess. Had to keep door locked as it wouldn’t stay shut otherwise. Expensive for what it is. "

"We came to stay with friends who were not staying that far away. The instructions for when we arrive were given to us via email and a quick phone call to explain. E were disappointed with the fact that the code wasn’t sent to us when it was changed. We tried calling the numbers provided to ask what the code were but was told we had to wait until 2pm. I wanted to get in to the apartment because I needed my car keys. Why we didn’t receive an email."
