"We spent a week in Italy and Sicily with multiple stops , this hotel was my favorite! Very charming , historic but perfectly remodeled building , close to everything. We used valet parking with the hotel, very smoothly operated and easy option. Our junior suite was the biggest and nicest during this trip, immaculately clean and well stacked. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast could have been a little better ( we tried both the buffet and Ala carte options in the family ) but overall...

The included continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. Anna and her team made our stay very enjoyable and accomodated our extra requests, which just made our stay in wonderful Syracuse that much better. Very professionally run hotel that I would definitely visit again."
