"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The Owner miss Nazanin such a wonderful woman. She speaks English. The breakfast is warm and served at a pretty and cozy backyard. She has 2 cute dogs. If you are travelling with your dog, this hotel is the only hotel in all Cappadocia that is pet friendly. The rooms was so clean. The shower was clean with a very good water. "Had a lovely 5 night stay at Elaa Cave Hotel. Great base for walking into Ortahisar and getting around the region. Stunning castle views from the rooftop terrace. With an early morning flight into Kayseri, having check in from midday was great. Stayed in Rm 55, which in the photos looks like a double but was two singles pushed together. This wider bed made the room feel small. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great to have a fridge and hanging rail, although a few more hangers would have been...

"Very nice and comfy place in a small town, view is amazing. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Room and washroom are pretty good. No restaurants nearby but staff can help in ordering food."

"The place is horrible, Is so so so far from everything It is not even a hotel Room is ugly so dark No lobby no reception no one speaks English Some old lady welcomed me in Turkish It was so bad to the grade that i checked out and moved to the hotel in front of it ALBA Caves, I lost all the amount paid and wasted a lot of time, Overall it was horrible experience "
