"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!"

"Small family hotel in Urgup, like there are many, at walking distance from the town centre and all the restaurants. A car is needed for the touristic sites.."

"This is a wonderful hotel run by very nice people and we enjoyed our stay at the end of October 2024. The location of the hotel is great because it is on a quiet street but you are a 5-minute walk from Urgup Town center. Where there are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all kinds of food places - that are open till late. The staff at the front desk was really nice and they helped us book a car and made all the travel arrangements for the pickup and drop off to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is a typical Turkish breakfast which was quite a spread. That was bread, there was cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a cheese tray, boiled eggs, omelettes, a wide selection of honey and honey like dippings, tea, something else that looked and tasted like salsa and was really delicious, a daily special that I do not know how to describe but was always delicious. All in all the breakfast was a really nice experience for us. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom is also lovely. The bathroom was quite spacious and the standing shower stall itself was quite spacious. We loved our stay, we loved all the staff and the treatment we got (thank you Eray, Enis and Asad). And if we were to come back to Cappadocia we would stay here again."
