"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. "Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."

"First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once...

"A beautiful property that is a short walk away from a stunning beach."

"Overnight stay before flying home. Good position in City and had free parking across the road from hotel. You can walk to city Center - takes about 20 minutes. Friendly staff, breakfast busy at 9.00 am. "

"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

"Lovely rooftop apartment in the centre of Cagliari with an amazing balcony and great views. 16 minute taxi ride away (20 euro) from airport and central to a main shopping street. The host kept in contact prior to us arriving and due to being a late flight in, we messaged when we were on our way from the airport and he arranged to meet us at the apartment. Would highly recommend for long or short breaks."
