"Andrea was friendly and helpful, and kindly offered a later checkout than their usual checkout time. The property itself was very clean and welcoming, and had a warm feeling one expects from a boutique hotel. The only downside was noise from a cafe outside in the morning, but it's a trade-off I would accept for being so close to the city centre."

"Das Hotel ist noch in Bau und noch nicht fertig gestellt,deshalb funktioniert der Aufzug nicht und ich mußte mit Gepäck bis in die 3. Etage die Treppe benutzen .Im Treppenhaus steht teilweise Bauschutt herum und alles ist kahl und unfertig. Der Baustaub zieht sich in die fertigen Räume hinein ,so das sogar in meinem Bad weiße Schlieren an den Fliesen waren.Ich hatte für 3 Personen (1 Erwachsener ,2 Kinder ) gebucht und fand im Zimmer nur ein Doppelbett vor,mit der Begründung ,das Kinder wohl...

"An amazing location to base your time in the beautiful city of Cagliari. You are truly in the heart of everything. Loredana communicates so well and when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 10:30pm, it was no issue for her. Everything is comfortable with all you need and overall a lovely, cosy apartment. I would highly recommend staying in this Gem if you are visiting the area."

"We had a nice time with my friends staying at the hotel. We are greeted by the hotel staff upon check in with a big friendly smile and we feel welcomed. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the lady called Naomi is very patient and helps us with the menu as we would like to eat local Sardinian food. We enjoyed our food. Cagliari is very safe even to a solo traveler. The buses is only few minutes walk from the hotel. Few stops to the city center. Bus ticket can be purchased at the hotel reception.There is a nice park just across the hotel. "
