" We had an amazing week-long stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful—from the front desk team to room service and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, relatively close to Cusco’s main plaza, which made it easy to explore the city. We always felt safe and well cared for during our stay. Do keep in mind that the walk back to the hotel involves going uphill with some stairs, which might be challenging for those not accustomed to walking at higher altitudes. However, the hotel offers coca tea in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch and helpful for adjusting to the altitude. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!"
