"They cancel on us 1h before getting there and didn’t pick up the phone like kids.i booked 3 months in Advance Expedia was trying to call them and email and they didn’t get back to them at all very unsecured for a trip Would not suggest to anyone to book with this place unless you want problems on your trip. "This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!"

"We learned marina did not reopen after COVID, nor did the reputedly "great little" restaurant. Rooms are in a two-story building and are recently renovated and refreshed: everything was sparkling clean. Flowers and ferns adorn the exterior with porch chairs available. We were very comfortable in every way, although there wasn't a chair in the room (had to sit on the bed). Micro-fridge and coffee maker always a plus. Bath and bed linens were very high quality. Shower temperature and pressure very good. HVAC responsive and effective. Television selection included all the basics. Bring your own hair dryer, though. Nice complimentary toiletries and extra towels in the bathroom. We thought the parking lot looked a little tired and without any lines, it was challenging to know how to park. Our hostess was delightful, warm, welcoming, helpful, greeting us as if her personal guests. Convenient to gas station and casual dining. Room rate was reasonable. We would recommend to others and stay again."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CLARINGTON - BOWMANVILLE, an IHG Hotel

"Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had many options and was very good. It never disappointed. The pool and hot tub were great to enjoy also. Outside there was only one bench and most people that smoked used it, so it wasn't available to sit on most times. Additionally many people left their cigarettes on the ground. The cigarette ash tray outside was not clearly marked and I didn't even know that was where you put cigarette butts until a hotel staff member told me when I mentioned all of the butts on the ground."
