"Great staff and location but the hotel needs some upgrades. We stay here often and my biggest complaint is the mattress and pillows, they’re uncomfortable. Hot cocoa in the lobby at Christmas would be a nice touch. Decorations were lovely."

"What I like most about the property is it’s very convenient to pull your car up to your door so you do not have to walk far when carrying luggage back-and-forth from your room to your car to your car to your room"
