"It is a little rough in appearance—overgrown shrubs at entry way, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, loud air conditioning window units except for two bedrooms that had fans, molding/trim had gaps, flooring could use updating. But it worked for what we needed. We brought our two dogs & they had a fenced in back to run in. The floors except one bedroom didn’t have carpet, so that was nice. We were not able to get access to television channels because we didn’t bring our own Roku- we didn’t know...

"The property was perfect, spacious, designed and maintained well. The hosts were spectacular, constantly responding to our requests and accommodating us in very helpful and generous ways. They even came over to help us get firewood for a lovely fire! I cannot recommend this space any more for anyone looking to accommodate a large group that wants a nice place to stay with many amenities. I have stayed in many similar properties and this one was the nicest both in terms of the space as the hosts."

"Lovely place to stay. We just moved to Hendersonville and renovations were taking longer than expected. We found this place last minute and it was GREAT. They also let us extend our reservation a few times without any hassle. Excellent location near Hendersonville restaurants, grocery stores, parks, Costco etc. Laundry on site. Huge back yard, dog friendly. Just a great experience all around. "

"A beautiful isolated and private traditional house in lovely surroundings. Comfortable beds and well equipped rooms. Bedrooms very private with personal staircases to each. Decor very attractive and interesting as was the story of the house in the book on the table. The one bathroom downstairs with the three bedrooms upstairs was a little inconvenient but manageable. "Small but cozy. Views were beautiful. Kitchen very nice but needed more utensils, pots and pans and flatware. We had to buy a hand mixer. Fortunately I brought a sharp knife to slice meat and vegetables. There was only 1 bath towel and wash cloth per person,6 of us. Hot tub was nice but needed some cleaning. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. We had to live out of suitcases. Not very convenient. We had a very nice stay despite all that. The road to the house is extremely bumpy, be prepared."

"It was great house for a group our size (10). It offered several gathering options inside and outside the home from game room to a firepit. The location was private with beautiful views and close enough to explore Nashville and other areas. We did have an issue with the induction stove but received help from property management to resolve. Ice maker in frig was unpredictable - sometimes it made ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"
