"The villa was stunning - the pool - the patio and the setting were outstanding. Plenty of space and property for all. The fireplace in the main villa was a highlight for us. We were impressed with the cleanliness."

"This is a lovely if basic hotel in a gorgeous location but it’s very remote and the little lane to get there is single track so perhaps not great in the dark. The food in the renowned restaurant is excellent with menus at €25, €35 and €45. However breakfast at €12 per person offers minimal choice and quantity and some may wish to decline it. Overall this is a brilliant establishment if you’re luck enough to get one of the small number of their rooms."

"Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amis. A part le fait que le jacuzzi était en panne tout était parfait. Nous avons joué au ping-pong et au baby des heures, dansé une bonne partie de la nuit (c'était des retrouvailles à l'occasion d'un anniversaire). Tout était fait pour que nous soyons bien."

"Helt fantastisk værtspar, der bød på kaffe og snak i køkkenet ved ankomst. Ved aftentid kom værten og spurgte om jeg ville se månenog det viste sig at hendes mand var astro fotograf, sikken en oplevelse, fik endda set jupiter med 3 af månerne. En oplevelse uden lige, som bare var en ekstra bonus. Værelset var en hel lejlighed restaureret perfekt i gammel stil. Morgenmaden overdådig og igen med hyggeligt selskab af værten og en god snak inden jeg kørte videre. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme igen hvis...

"Hotel was good, service was excellent. Breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately they had a private function in the dining room so we had to eat else where. We had a flat tyre next morning and the owner could not have done more for us as we were having trouble getting the wheel off, he changed the wheel for us and put the faulty wheel in the boot as well. We can't thank him enough."

"I cannot recommend Raf and Marleen highly enough! They made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond! The villa was stunning but felt like home and our children loved playing in the pool all day! Even our dog enjoyed exploring and meeting new friends. This really was the perfect holiday for us. "We had a fantastic holiday! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and engaged us in the local community. After a few hours we felt very much relaxed, welcomed and at home! It was brilliant swimmming everyday in the pool and the numerous sitting areas allowed you shade and/or panoramic sun! Our children loved the little river at the end of the lane and were mezmorised by the Dragonflies and lizards. The BBQ was brilliant and the local restaurants were fab!
