Everything was going well until we realized there was a roach problem. We reached out regarding the issue but it seems like we were brushed off and ultimately nothing was done to help nor was the host willing to reimburse. Stay away if you dont want to bring roaches home with you!

Fantastic stay, beautiful property
The home was exactly as pictured and even more stunning in person. The home was spacious and fully equipped. We really enjoyed the pool table and the theater room. Very close to Disney and restaurants. I would definitely return.

Wonderful stay just outside of Disney
Wonderful stay, plenty of room for our family of 6. Clean and safe resort away from the bustle of Disney but close enough to go to the parks each day. It was also nice to have our own pool. One request would be for the home to be stalked with essentials like hand soap and extra TP. Would stay at this home again.

Our whole family of 8 had a great time at the house. We hung out together in movie room and the loft room and shot pool . A dry er a long day of fun out at the parks it was great to come back and just hamg Out and relax. The pool was nice and we would stay here again.

Our stay at 1001 Castle Pines Court was so relaxing and full of good times. Even though we had issues with the hot tub, Team JC accommodated all our needs. They were so helpful and we definitely appreciated all they did for us, from the early check in to the late check out. Our family and I LOVED our stay at your vacation home. I booked the home for a family vacation. The house was perfect. It was very clean and decorated nice. My family loved the Movie theater and the Pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The check in process at the gate was fast and easy. This home was exactly what I was looking for and I would book this home again.

Great property, management could be better
We visited the property with my handicap mother in law. A tree fell on the walkway during the last storm, preventing her from accessing the property unless she went through the wet grass with her wheelchair. We asked the manager to remove the tree (apparently it had been there over a week) and nothing was done during our entire stay to fix that situation. Additionally, there’s an alarm that goes off every time you open the door to the outside area. No issues, but it would have been helpful to get a heads up. They also forgot to give the wifi insurrection until we asked.
