We're a 12-minute drive from Disney, 22 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld

Outdoor Areas: Enjoy a private pool and hot tub right in the backyard. Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun on the pool deck.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Downstairs there is (1) bedroom and (1) shared bath. Upstairs there are (5) bedrooms and (4) bathrooms.

Facilities: The Retreat at ChampionsGate Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide & Cabanas, Lazy River, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Games Room, Playground, Volleyball Courts, Public 18-hole Golf Course, Golf Driving Range & Putting Green, Golf Clubhouse & Pro Shop, 6 Clay Tennis Courts, & Tennis Clubhouse.

Guest Access:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other Things to Note:
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
