Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Use of Solterra Amenities is optional and as such, usage fees are not included in your rental. All guests wishing to use the resort amenities are required to check in at the resort front desk and pay these usage fees. Great house!
We were a family and friends group of 10 and it was a perfect house for us. Clean and comfortable and had no problems during our stay. Great location a short drive to Disney and the club house pool was a hit with the kids. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family House
Great clean and beautiful house. We had small children and grandparents with us and the set up worked perfectly having multiple master style bedrooms. Easy check in and close proximity to the clubhouse made for easy pool days. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time there. The house was neat and clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had standard coffee pot, plenty of plates and cups for all, there is a grill but the ignition switch didnt work had to use a lighter. Beds were comfy. It was perfect for 2 families to share. With 2 masters ans 3 other rooms. About 15 to 20 from Disney. Had to email owner about a change in wifi info but they were responsive quickly. We would rent it again.

The house itself was fine, but the wifi and Internet were sporadic. Also, unbeknown to us, precious occupants left the grill full of grease which resulted in a fire. We used the fire extinguisher to resolve this, but no one ever came to clean or exchange the grill. Unfortunately, we were unable to grill our steaks.

Great house for a family getaway with plenty of room
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. As others mentioned, make sure to fully understand what is or isn’t provided, especially in the kitchen area, I.e., spices and special cooking pots and pans. The basic stuff is provided but we like to cook a lot instead of going out with our big group. There’s plenty of seating in the family room and the benches at the dining table were convenient for our group. Overall we were very pleased with the house. The communication with property management was super fast and responsive and they answered all our questions. Be aware that there’s an additional fee if you wish to use the community amenities but it’s not too costly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house!

Was a little disappointed couple of the televisions in the master rooms did not work and they were not able to be fixed while we were there on our Christmas vacation. We were not able to use any of our cell phones on the wireless Wi-Fi was really really crappy. We had no communication at all without cellular devices, the owner/hostess was very prompt responded to everything. The house itself was nice like the pictures on online.

Great property with 1 small issue
We rented this property for family to stay in during a wedding. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The only issue that we had was two of the games in the game room did not work. We couldn’t get the air hockey table to work or the other electronic football game to turn on. We didn’t rent the property because of the game room, however it was disappointing that those games didn’t work. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little skeptical due to some past unsettling reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance. Pictures of property are fairly accurate. Great space with lots of room, towels and extra bedding. Pool was perfect temperature I didn't pay for pool heater. House was pretty clean though could use some dusting and a deeper clean. I traveled with my infant so my standards are quite high. Initially had issues with internet connection, but I was able to troubleshoot on my own. Router was unplugged. Wish all TV’s had available streaming instead of cable especially in the master. I would’ve also appreciated locks on the outside screen doors but in general the neighborhood did feel very safe. Overall great stay and price. Best of all no hidden charges or extra fees.

A nice place but let down by property management
I would recommend staying here but we were let down with our prepaid items, a crib for our baby (we did not receive until late in day two) and then the heated pool, the pool was not heated until the penultimate day of our stay. The home matches the pictures for the most part but a lot of items need to be fixed and plenty needs to be updated.

Forced family Fun 🤣
Thank you for sharing your home with us! Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay! We drove from WI & arrived right at 4 pm … housekeeping was still cleaning but allowed us to put items in the refrigerator which was greatly appreciated! The pool deck was clean & the house was spotless. A smoke detector did go bag while we were there and it was replaced the next morning (great communication). As mentioned in previous reviews, there is only a starter set of toilet paper, soap, etc so be prepared for that … along with no cooking spices. It would be great to have a “sharing” closet of things others no longer needed that people could use if wanted (spices, cooking spray, etc). All in all, we had a blast!

Great Experience
It was a very enjoyable experience. Check was easy and simple. The property was well maintained and the community featured nice amenities that kept the kiddos busy and happy. The pool and jacuzzi were in great condition and we enjoyed both as much as possible. As far as areas for improvement, the carpet downstairs and the rug in the living room could both use a cleaning. Also the nest thermostat is locked which cause the place to be chilly in the day (I notice previous occupants had closed vents), however at night we would be a little hot for comfort. The thermostat should be programmed to cool lower at night.

Clean, Beautiful House with Great Location & Amenities
Our family of 4 (2 toddlers 3 and under) had a great experience! The house is beautiful and was very clean. I would definitely stay again. Some things that I would have liked to have known in advance and didn't see in the reviews are that the access to the pool is child safe - there are locks on the sliding doors that are over an adult's head height and the pool fence is secure. The spa does have jets! There is a drying rack provided for pool towels/swimsuits, which was great! There is also a step stool, baby gate, and fan provided at the house. The coffee maker is standard drip - not a Keurig. As mentioned in other comments there are two primary bedrooms, but the bed in the upstairs primary is VERY soft. The bed in the downstairs primary was supportive without being hard and was awesome! For our family, there were plenty of towels, but I can see how if you were traveling with a larger group it may not be enough. Also, if you only have one vehicle you do not need a parking pass, you can just park in the driveway with no problems. We also got food and a stroller delivered with no issues - we did not have to notify the gate. We went to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs during our trip and traffic on highway 4 is always backed up, however it was fine and if you use GPS the times were accurate (20-30 min). We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this house!

The house was not clean the grill was dirty and not working the refrigerator was dirty and the sofa need to be cleaned they agreed to clean it after I reported but the grill still didn’t work after being cleaned and te sofas would have taken a day of two to dry if I allowed them to clean it then in one of the kids room the bed was broken management idea was to move boards from under the bed witch did not work there was garbage next door sitting in the front for my 8 day stay which bought flies and other bugs. They had said u can do a late check out which that was my plan but once I told them they said no even tho the house wasn’t do to be rented for another two days after my check out so I had to be out the house by 10 am with a 7 pm flight.

A good place to stay
We rented this house for a few days while we played in a soccer tournament. The house was spacious for the five of us. We ran into a few small issues...like the hot tub worked the first day but then it started leaking water and we never got to use it again. The pool is small, but that's how pools in that area are. It was good for a soak. Our garbage disposal also did not work, and we happened to be staying over a holiday weekend so they didn't have time to come check on it. On a scale of 1 to 10, that is barely a 1, though, so we didn't care much. The game room was a disappointment. The air hockey table was kind of falling apart, the foosball table was small and a little rickety, and there was another weird football game that I'd never seen before. For five adults who were down there to play soccer, this was a non-issue, but if you have kids with you and were expecting an engaging game room, the one in this house needs some updating. There are two very large gathering areas with large TVs, and those were great when we wanted to watch something together. The house is very comfortable. The communication with management was one of the best parts of the trip because they were in constant contact with us. If there was an issue, I could send an email and it would be answered very promptly. I'd put the management team in the top 5% of companies I've dealt with over the years. Overall, I'd definitely stay in this house again.

This is the worts stay please look for something else
When we arrived, the garbage dump was full of garbage without a bag there was a bad smell and many flies from there I sent a message and someone named Meredith answered that she would not charge me and that they would pick up the garbage as soon as possible but the car that collects the garbage never did. Trash only took the bags that we threw away every day, I called the office and they told me to put it in a white bag, I answered that I was not going to do it because I had not thrown it away and they told me in a very rude way that I did not They could help me to contact the managers after I returned to suck the message but they only asked me for a photo in the end they charged me $ 65 dollars for the garbage that had been outside since they never picked it up ... on the other hand the jacuzzi and the pool had a bad smell the blender did not work, the rules say that the quiet time is from 10 to 7 the neighbors were very noisy and nobody said anything to them anyway I am sorry for the owner of the house but his managers do not make a good I never work I would never recommend going to this place

Horrible experience
Being in Florida was the only good part, our kids had alot of fun other than at this house. The communication was horrible unless they wanted to charge me more money for things. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days & I tried multiple times to reach out to them to get this issue fixed. Finally when we had left one morning for our day at SeaWorld, they sent a maintenance person to the house without me knowing & while we were gone I got an email saying the maintenance person said there was a “Distinct smell, smell of smoke” coming from the outside moving on into the house, so they charged my card $500!!! Without even letting me know or having the decency to have a discussion with me about it first! FYI not one with us smokes & we have 7 children with us that would not happen around them. I was very unhappy. Reached out multiple times to discuss this with them & never got an answer until I had to ask them for the code for the grill, which they were trying to charge my card again to use the grill when it says in the agreement it was free just have to ask for the code. According to them IT IS NOT so beware of that if you plan to stay here. They finally told me they would refund my money if the smell was gone when we checked out so of course it was because no one smokes to begin with. THEN they tell me they’re charging me for damages because of blankets from kids’ beds smelling like pee.. in the agreement it says not to wash or strip the bedding! STILL waiting on refund after 2 weeks

Great place…perfect for a family!!
We had a great experience!! The house was very clean and all furniture, couches and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was great after our long days at Disney and the large dining table let us all eat together which was awesome! The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and had a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion
Area was convenient, we picked this house last minute due to the VRBO we had chosen sold ownership. The amount of rooms and bathrooms were perfect in this house, however The house supplies were minimal for the 9 people that were utilizing the house. No bath soap in the showers, no cleaning supplies in the kitchen to cleanup after meals, no salt & pepper, no coffee filters for coffee, etc. We killed at least 6 roaches - no spray to keep away insects. I lived in Florida for 40 years, and never had a roach problem. We made the best of the situation we were given and appreciated the opportunity to continue with our plans.
