We absolutely loved the resort and will be back! The host was very quick with responding which was very appreciated. The house itself has just been a little rundown, it seems thereā€™s just some deferred maintenance.

Disgusting, Horrible Place - Not as Pictured
Cliff Notes: Just avoid staying here. It was covered in mold, run down, different than the pictures, and disgusting. FULL Review: The condition of the property was far below expectations. The shower head was not just dirty, it was completely filthy and in desperate need of replacement. There was visible mold on both the bathroom ceiling and the shower handle. The handle itself was improperly installedā€”turning it to cold produced warm water, and vice versa. It was also evident that the vents hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, which added to the overall sense of neglect. Throughout the property, we encountered several cleanliness issues. The stairs were covered in dust and debris, clearly in need of a thorough vacuuming. The curtains, which hadnā€™t been washed in what seemed like ages, were stained and dingy. Even the bedsheets had noticeable stains, and there was grime on the walls throughout the space. The patio, missing several decor items, also had different furniture than what was advertised. To make matters worse, the remote control was missing plates. On top of that, none of the TV remotes worked. The closet doors were covered in filth, and the cabinet in the kitchen+bathroom were visibly falling apart due to water damage. The cherry on top was AFTER images and a complaint were sent to the manager, they haven't responded. Management also decided to put gory decor ALL over the property and my infant was terrified. The decor was also in the kid area.

I didnā€™t stay. Refund was requested The place was not up to par. The pictures posted are not the accurate depiction of the stay. The place was hot and smelled of mold. There was stains on the couch and the bar stools. The kitchen table chairs had mold all on the seats. I do not recommend anyone to stay here until the host remodels and clean this place up a bit.

Place was nice, only downfalls were only 3 bath towels available for 5 people. Kitchen pots and pans were not great. Very small garbage can in kitchen. Wasn't much toilet paper had to go buy more.

Nothing but SMILES!
This hidden gem is simply amazing! I had an entire agenda planned for my daughter birthday even ā€œvolcano bayā€ and my three children literally put their suits on and was at the pool non-stop (from the time we checked in til close every night ). Waterslides were so fun, lazy river was relaxing, and not to mention all the activities the resort has to offer inside. With all that, they didnā€™t want to go to volcano bay, which was shocking to me. The host was amazing, very responsive, and helpful. I plan on defining back in the future!

Great Location
The property is in a great location and the amenities are excellent. The staff that works the activities center and front desk were very friendly and helpful. The unit itself needs to be updated, the furniture has been well loved and is missing knobs, most of the mini blinds are broken. The bed in the master is very very old if you have any back issues you will not sleep well. We had to buy wash rags there are none provided. I also recommend buying aluminum pans if you plan on cooking. There is one pot, one small skillet (Teflon is falling off) a large pizza pan and a 9x13. Cooking is possible but you may have to get creative. The floors were dirty unless you wear shoes the whole time your feet will be filthy. There were cigarettes on the patio from previous guests. We do not smoke and found it kinda gross. There isnā€™t a mop or any cleaners available in the unit other than a small bottle of dish liquid and two dishwasher tabs. Overall a good experience, aside from uncomfortable bed and cleanliness of the home. I would stay again but would probably book with the property itself.

Overall great experience, nice little resort. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Ghost was friendly and responsive. Lacked on cleanliness in some areas, but we made due. Recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels and dish pods.

Only 2 mostly used rolls of TP in the unit... The nice hand soap dispensers in the restrooms and kitchen were completely empty. TV in the main/living room was a Whopping 20". If you are a "clean freak" this place is not for you*** of *****. Plenty of room large unit. The pool/lazy river area was great, however it was understaffed so the waterslides were closed most of the time. The faster slide was crazy fast, i wacked my elbow on the bottom of the pool at the end of the slide because i was going so fast.

Be Aware
I've been a renter for 30 years. Pros: Liked resort & LOVED pool area. The unit is at a good location to the resort/pool. Close to Disney & shopping/restaurants. Owner did respond in timely manner. Cons: Not enough bath towels/washcloths.We ended up buying our own. While we were there, this unit DID NOT have access to a washer & dryer unless that has changed. Even though the description says you have them. Don't be light packers like us and expect to rewash your clothes mid week. (Who wants to go & do laundry in an unfamiliar area and wait until it gets done while vacation.) We were offered a refund but we didn't have time to find a new place and were already unpacked. Floors were dirty (probably just swiffered so don't walk bare foot) & upholstered furniture could use some deep cleaning. Could not get the tvā€™s to work. No ice maker. Artwork on the walls in living/dining area are not kid friendly. Overall, we made due with the unit but would not choose it as a place to stay again. We might book directly with Fantasy World Resort and see if that would be a better experience/rental unit. Cheryl from Virginia

Good but could be better
Overall for the cost it was good. Check in and instructions were clear. Location and facilities are good. However, its not well lit so walking around in the evening from the pool didn't feel the safest. Also, the condo was dirty. There needs to be a deep clean. The upstairs bathroom had leftover trash. The main bedroom doorknob is too loose. Baseboards look like they have not been cleaned in a long time.

The home was so dirty we booked out early..do not stay there!!!. Floors were dirty and had to wear shoes indoors..plates inside the cupboard were dirty. Oven was dirty inside and had not been cleaned in ages.the door to the a/c was covered in dust.previous renters socks and toys were left by dryer and in lounge. The bed was a joke as it was a queen size with two full foam matteress covers..horrible..pillows were brown and old and flat....kitchen counter top was chipped.we were told to bring own towels if wanting to use the water park....horrible place.be warned ..do not go there !!! The a/c was preset so it was always hpt upstairs. So much dirt under the beds to upset allergies. Wonder what they used the cleaning fee for???

The grounds were amazing and kept very well. We had so much fun at the pool area/ lazy river/ hot tub & all the different activities that were offered. Our condo was nice but the floors were filthy (our feet would be so dirty just walking from the bedroom to bathroom) we thought the washer & dryer would be available to us in the condo. We had 4 bath towels for 4 people for 5 days. No hand soap in either bathroom and 1 1/2 rolls in total of toilet paper for the 2 bathrooms. Also the upstairs shower/tub when used would drip into the living room below.
