Family Reunion for wedding
We had three generations of family together including: 5 adult couples, 5 young adult college students and 2 teens who slept in the home with more than enough room! We also had visits with 5 additional adults and 5 kids ages 8-12 who did not spend the night but had plenty of room for everyone to eat meals together. The pool and game room were a hit for all the kids! Great location in a lovely community!

House is very spacious and plenty of room for all! Our group ranged from ages 1 year old to our 86 year old grandmother and very accommodating for all! Thanks for a great stay and memorable vacation!

Family Vacation
Perfect home for family vacation. The themed rooms were so much fun. The grandkids spent hours in the private pool and game room. The property has a reasonably drive to all local parks, grocery store and restaurants close by. The community pool was great as well. Would definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back in the future.

Overall, our vacation was nice we had to deal with a ant problem large ants but our host. Carl did the outstanding job trying to make things right for us. The house was awesome will book again.

Disappointing Experience
The location was perfect! The check in process wasn’t smooth. I responded to the email received related to the guest; however the property manager said he didn’t see it before we arrived. This created a 30-45 minute wait. The house was nice but lacked the cleanliness in the common areas. Also, we experienced issues with the garbage disposal and sliding glass door. I selected the home mainly because it offered a hot tub; however it did not work at all during our stay!

Family and friends theme parks vacation!
The house was very nice and large enough for all of us to be comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room and pool. The only thing is that the slider going out to the pool area is extremely hard to open and close. It needs to be repaired or replaced. However, don’t let that tarnish your view… the house is great and the Oasis club on the property is wonderful.

The house was beautiful but….
We had a major issue with the guest getting into the gate and it totally inconvenienced our stay. My guest could not get past the gate when I was very clear with a list of women that would attend.

Great House
We had a great stay. Everything was clean. One thing I think the property could improve on is the amount of towels in the house. The house sleeps 29 and there are not enough towels for that many people. There may have been exactly 29 towels in the house, however there were only 8 I believe beach towels. This is something I contacted the property ahead of time to see if we needed to bring our own. We ended up doing laundry constantly to account for the towel use which wasn't horrible but just not expected. Had I known we needed additional beach towels we would have brought our own. There was also no pot holders for cooking. I am sure the property was unaware of that but it made it interesting trying to cook. Overall, my group of 21 people had a great time at the house and would stay there again.

Excellent Fun!
We gathered 21 of our closest family members and we all had a fabulous time. We were there for a long weekend and surprisingly no one ever left the home, we were all having such a good time. Everybody was happy just to enjoy the facility. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very spacious. My crew was extremely happy! The only thing to note is if you book this home you may want to bring AA and AAA batteries for the remote and game system controllers. With a home this large, I'm sure they're hard to keep up with for management. Also toilet paper and full-size bath towels if you want those, although they do supply one towel for everyone. Also, laundry and dish soap might come in handy. Other than that we had a fabulous day and hope to get to come back sometime very soon! Communication was really good with the host! Very responsive.

Nice place but make sure you have all the facts before committing
The property was nice the house was semi clean, did find issue with the comforter in down stairs master which was solied and needed washing. Also located several things that were damaged. I did have an issue with the pool. The advertisement stated heated pool but the day before arrival was informed that there was a 30 dollar per day charge to heat the pool and the management agency needed 24 hours advance notice to heat the pool. Upon arrival discovered the hot tub was also not heated which I found strange. Since most hot tubes have thier own heating system hence the name ( hot) tube.. Why should I have to pay to have it heated. All the fees and costs which should have included the fee to heat the pool and hot tube should have already been included in the retail price. The original photos of the house showed a pool table. One was not found in the house or in the club house and that was something the whole family was looking forward to.

The issues outrank the amenities
The house was lovely but it came with a laundry list of issues, which non were addressed. We did not have a working downstairs/main bathroom for our entire stay. This became extremely inconvenient as we tracked water throughout to get to the second floor baths. We were down a main bedroom and had a leaking ceiling into one of our suitcases. We saw in previous reviews that this leakage was a problem prior to us and was not fixed prior to our arrival, which was admitted to us that is should have been fixed before our stay. We also notified the company that the previous tenants that stayed left a large amount of smashed glass where our children played. Two of our children got glass shards in their feet while playing soccer in the yard that was advertised. We paid for a heated pool and it was broken. This was addressed, however proved inconvenient as we had people texting and stopping by throughout our first few days. In the last three days of being there, we had no person to contact, and no one has responded to us even though we have sent many many messages. We know the point of these houses is to stay with children, and with the 7 children we found the above was extremely inconvenient and dangerous.

A lot of potential
I would give this house a 3/5 The saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" rang true here. The house was not clean. There were crumbs on the floor, wrappers in the garage, beads from a bean bag on one of the bedroom floors, pop cans under a couch, and little dead ants in the master bathroom. I feel confident that some of the sheets weren't changed. Mold was building up in the corners of the shower. The cleaning company should be replaced immediately. It seems like they haven't been doing a good job for a while for some of the mold build up we saw. We ended up going to WalMart to buy towels. There weren't enough towels in the house for the 13 people we had without washing the towels every day. That being said, the management company was very responsive. If it weren't for them, we would have rated the home lower overall. The management company offered to have the cleaning company come back. We were already in the house so we declined. They had someone fix the pool light when we mentioned it didn't work. Maintenance came to fix/reconnect the string lights that were outside and to fix the game system. I think they have a lot of potential. I believe the maintenance worker (who was very nice) mentioned they may have recently acquired this property. With a new cleaning company and more towels/a dish cloth etc.they would already be moving towards a 4 or 5. The house is very nicely decorated and in a great area. We loved the corner lot.

Loved it!
We had a blast the house was everything they advertised. We had 20 teenage boys and 6 adults and fit perfectly. The boys loved the game room, pool, bedrooms with gaming devices and every TV had a Roku. The community pool, lazy river and volleyball court were hits as well. The stove is a bit outdated and took longer than expected to cook food, but that was only an issue for us because we had so many boys to feed. The dryer stoped working and they got someone out to fix it within 24hrs. There are two Publix down the street along with multiple other stores, great location. Over all it was perfect 🤩
