You are welcome to enjoy your holiday in this Beautiful Villa, in an amaizing place. The most popular vacation destination in Orlando, Florida is Champions Gate. The Oasis Clubhouse has lazy river, water-slide, kids splash park, restaurant, fitness center, yoga classes, movie room, cabanas, tiki-bar and is very close to the villa, just a short walking distance. Don't loose the opportunity to be in Champions Gate, you have also golf, tennis and volleyball courts.
Champions Gate is close to Disney World and also close to the major highways like US 192 and I4.
This wonderful house is brand new, with 6 luxurious bedrooms, with the following distribution: 1 King bedrooms downstairs, 1 King bedroom upstairs, 2 Queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds and spacious living space, private pool and spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, grill/barbecue, (I DONT PROVIDE GAS)and more. You will have unforgettable moments with your family and friends. I am very welcome to bring my personal and excellent services any time.
Very important to know: No smoking in the house and no pets.Pool heating is extra and optional service. It’s $50 per day and it can be on minimum for 3 days. Also it’s needs to be on at least two days before arriving.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and spacious house.
The house has a great open floor plan. The pool was wonderful for the kids. Bedrooms were spacious and accommodated 3+ families. Would definitely recommend!

Great Friend Vacation
We did have a great time at the house. Lots of amenities and the host was very gracious to let us in early. My only suggestion would to have may be a deep clean of the house, and the pool did not seem real clean at the time of arrival. All and all, great vacation

Wonderful vacation
We stayed in this house for our annual girls trip. It was seven women and seven children. The house was beautiful and it had plenty of space for all of us. The location could not be beat. We were just a short walk to the oasis club. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future vacations!

Florida + Family = Fun
The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 9. The large kitchen-dining-living room area was perfect for us to hang out. The kids spent most of their time in the heated pool & hot tub. When they weren’t in the pool, they loved the upstairs living room. The owner was great to work with. She was quick to respond to texts when we had questions about how to operate the pool heater. The check in was easy. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Okay but VERY DIRTY
The house had a perfect layout and location. However; it needs major cleaning and updating. The towels/bedding were old and stained, the pillows were disgusting, the stair railing was broken, there were old takeout containers in the fridge, dirty dishes in the cupboard, among other things. Community was awesome, communication was easy, house was spacious. We would stay again ONLY if all the issuess were addressed - the dirtiness definitely outweighed the positives.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we expected it to be!! The only problem I had was we didn't have hot water in the kitchen. And I called twice about it and nothing got done about it..but would I stay there again???? Certainly!!!!!!

Amazing Vacation Villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and untensils. The pool and bunk beds was perfect for our little ones. Very spacious house. This was about 10-15 mins to Disney and about 20-25 min away from Universal Studios. Grocery store was a minute away for the days we wanted to cook a nice meal for the family. Maireddy was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with from start to finish ... she made the process super easy where we booked the same day when we saw the listing! Thanks for providing a great place where we made wonderful memories with our family and friends!

Family getaway
The house was beautiful and had enough space for my family of 11. However, a gameroom and pool table in the garage will be a great addition. We noticed a few bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen could use bigger trash bags. Lastly, drivers' names need to be registered with night security otherwise there are issues with entering the property. The QR codes don't work as the scanner lane is blocked in the evenings by Champion Gate's security.

Awesome location
Awesome location!!! The amenities Champions Gate offers were great- from the common areas, public pools for community and slides to coming back to the house to our own private pool. House was spacious. The house could be cleaner. Within the kitchen it lacked having enough cups, silverware for our group which was 9 people but house was for 15+ people. Some basic cooking essentials needed (cookie sheet, platters, pitchers, casserole dish). Though the listing said they do not supply propane for the grill, the grill was absolutely disgusting! There were 2 empty tanks, one hooked to the grill- but we couldn’t even get it off it was on so tight. So the grill was a wash that week- but honestly needs to be replaced. The patio furniture could use replacement too. All in all the amenities and spaciousness the house offered were great, it could just use a few upgrades and restock of things that need replacement which are more than likely from overuse.

Wonderful family vacation
We enjoyed the beautiful home. All was as described. Plenty of room for my family and we really enjoyed having a pool to ourselves, though the family visited the club house several times as well. The only misunderstanding I had was on the hot tub jets. We did use them one day, having been exhausted from all the day trips while in Orlando. I know the contract mentioned not to touch the pool controls. We misunderstood the difference between pool and spa (hot tub)controls and therefore turned the jets on. I did reach out to the owner, the same day, to verify that was ok. She advised that the jets are considered the pool controls. I apologized and paid for the day of usage. None of us have a pool so did not realize it was all the same. I did suggest a sign put up for other guests not to touch the dial, as it’s an added fee. The issue was handled properly and professionally. If I had one suggestion, it would be a sign near the dial of the jets. We very much enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful time. We’d love to consider another trip sometime in the future.

Great property if updated and cleaned
The house is a great location to the clubhouse. Check in was good. House don’t look to be “truly “ cleaned in who know how long. Serviced cleaned at the best. We rent our places for a month at a time, so we could go into lots of detail.. This place would be awesome if it would be properly cleaned. Needs Updated bedding. Most were stained. It needs New pillows, towels. All are very worn and you can tell. Basic maintenance of the property. We showed up with the fridge shelving broken. We said something never fixed. We had to use a baking sheet for a shelf (which we had to buy since there was no baking stuff) the garbage disposal was broken, they did fix that, but the sink still leaked, and they never came back to fix. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to blow up. The garage is able to be used, but smelt so bad like rotting garbage. The hand rails are about to fall off, and the tax strip of the carpeting are coming through on all edges. Don’t step hard on the stair close to the risers as well as the threshold of upper master bathroom. We stabbed our toes multiple times. I’m not bashing the place. It’s great location, good space, but for the amount of money we paid it could have been updated and cleaned. The pool is nice, the outside also hasn’t been cleaned in how long. The bricks were stained and filthy, the bbq is rotted out. Don’t waste your time. The furniture is very uncomfortable, needs new pads, sun lovers… it only gets morning and early afternoon sun.

The house was huge and seemed clean. The mattresses were the cheape and were like rocks. Bathrooms only had two thin towels and no wash cloths or hand towels. One tiny bar soap from a dollar store. The kitchen is the real issue. Bare bones supplies. Three tiny glasses, one wine glass, one champagne flute. That’s all. No salt or even packets of any kind.. Loungers near pool were old and could use newer cushions. Screens had missing panels. Debris around the screen room outside. The entire area is streets and streets of nearly identical houses filled with renters that were awake blasting music until 4am. Not just one house even. All of them. I doubt there are any owners living in these houses. They’re investment rentals with no HOA restrictions and it kind of shows. Of course we had a great time but it could’ve been so much better if the house had a little more supplies and basics. The security gate also was ridiculous. It would be backed up at all hours of the day and I dont think we ever made it thru the gate with fewer than 11 cars ahead of us and all of them having issues. I doubt I’ll ever stay here or even In The Champions Gate area.

Very spacious/ gated community
Very spacious house. Our group of 13 had tons of space (6 bed and 6 baths). We had some issues checking in but it was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked big breakfast. We also had an issue with hot water one day but it was fine 90% of the time. The supplies were somewhat minimal, we had to buy paper towels, additional toilet paper, trash bags.. AC worked well. Swimming pool was tiny. We were able to park 2 cars in driveway, we pulled one in the garage and one parked on the road (didn’t seem to be an issue.). We were about an hour from Busch gardens and 30 mins from sea world. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Could use new pillows. Quiet neighborhood despite being very large. Would stay again and recommend.

Love the space
The house was beautiful spacious and had great hot water. There was plenty to do in the clubhouse and a Publix on both sides of us which made it convenient for shopping for meals and little things you’ll need for this house. We had great game nights at the large living room areas and the kitchen was big enough for us to have Buffet style meals. My only inconvenience is there were ants on the stairs. We had to use bug spray in the downstairs bathroom as well for random water bugs. We also didn’t have one wash cloth or dish rag in the whole 6 bathroom house. But over all we had the best time. And those few issues were easily fixed with a quick run the store. The check in process was easy and fast. The people at the front gate aren’t the friendliest but we only had to deal with them once. Me and my family get together like this every year so we would be more than happy to return next year and for years to come.
