Beautiful House
Very good experience, the house is exactly as seen in the photos, easy and safe access, clean and the kitchen has everything you need, the only thing is that in the master bedroom bathroom the toilet paper holder was damaged, but We simply removed the roll from there, which did not cause us any problems, it was not necessary to call the host.

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the past 15 years and we have to admit, that this house, and our experience in renting was fantastic. The property was exactly like it was advertised on line, actually it was BETTER. Our children loved the rooms. (Castle). (Pirates) The house was clean and was surprisingly stocked with spices and towels. The washer and dryer were AMAZINGLY huge and worked wonderfully. The location of the house was perfect, the neighbors were very friendly. Our host was so very accommodating, sweet and prompt to respond to our calls. Thank you Gwen Our children had a blast at both of the water parks, we all really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the towel rack in the main master bathroom was broken, but I’m sure it can easily be fixed, other than that we give this house 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This home is beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfortable, and the small pool in the backyard was a lifesaver since I broke my ankle after planning the trip and wasn’t very mobile.

13th birthday trip

Such a great place to stay
We were very happy with our stay here. The house was amazing and my girls loved the themed rooms and the pool! We had my in-laws with us who are in their late 70s so the room downstairs with the bathroom right there worked out amazingly without them having to go up stairs for anything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we found ourselves very comfortable for meals we did at the residence. We will try to stay here on all of our visits to Orlando!

Relaxation at it’s best!
Spent the week at Disney and wanted to visit friends and do some flying! Found this little nugget and knew it was the perfect place. The townhome is exactly like the pictures. We were able to relax before heading back home.

Great place. Our 4 year old granddaughter went CRAZY seeing the house. Ran around pointing out all the characters and decor. So many cute details. She called it The Princess House. She enjoyed the pool at the house (heat was turned on for us without asking before arrival- no charge!) and we were so busy (or exhausted) that we didn't hit the water park. The house had everything we needed - even lots of laundry pods! I was really surprised and pleased at all the extras (dish soap, paper towels, coffee, creamer, trash bags, hand soap, tp, etc.) Plenty of towels including pool towels. Lots of extra blankets in the closet. The beds were comfy! I'm a firm mattress girl, and these were a much softer (maybe water?) mattress then I'm used to, and I slept great. We went to the Disney parks a few times, SeaWorld and Disney Springs. Location is good, super close to grocery, drug, and liquor stores. Lots of food options but we ate at the parks or house most days. Traffic around freeways is bad but I think this can't be helped around the park areas. I would add on about 20 minutes if in rush hour, and one evening it was more like 40. We had pizza delivered one night to house with no issues through security gate. We asked for late checkout at the last minute. Manager gave us 2 extra hours which was much appreciated. Very easy to check in with security at complex gate the first day, and after that you just scan in with a paper at gate each time.

Loved the home
Home was perfect and very clean. There are a few things that seem to need maintenance but other than that we loved the home. Downstairs shower never got hot but wasn’t a big deal because two bathrooms was enough for us. Microwave is flashing a message that it needs to be serviced and ice maker won’t dispense ice from door which again wasn’t an issue we just got it from the freezer itself. Minor issues.

What a gem!
The photos do not fully convey just how amazing this place is. The themed rooms for the kids were amazing. My son might be a budding tour guide with his showing off his pirate room. The lighting is amazing. The princess room, equally charming and amazing. Throughout the entire house the little details and theming make this place very special. Beyond looking adorable and making you feel special, there is plenty of room, the house was immaculate, and your own private pool is a rare find for sure. We never even ended up using the community lazy river, as we had everything we needed. This property is plenty close to all the attractions, without being stuck in downtown and all that comes with that. The neighborhood is spotless and fantastic. Communication with the owner was seamless and fantastic. Every question was answered rapidly and they even made sure the auto glass people could gain entry to fix our car. Thats right our windshield cracked, but we didn't even notice because this trip was so perfect. We are itching to get back, you will LOVE your stay here. I just hope EVERYONE doesn't find this place or we may not be able to book again. Book this property, you will be amazed and if you have kids they will have a vacation they will never forget.

Stayed with my wife, kids, and my parent. Kids really loved the themed rooms and decorations. I liked how well outfitted the rental was; kitchen had everything you could need, there were plenty of pool toys for the kids to play with. Would stay in again. Location-wise, if you're doing the theme parks, leave plenty of time to get on the highway, tends to take a long time to get on I-4 in the mornings, especially during spring break when we went.

Great spot
Amanda was our property manager and she was hands down the best we have ever dealt with. She treated us like family. The house was fantastic, beautifully themed, very well stocked, absolutely no complaints at all. And champions gate is a great spot, the oasis was a favorite for the whole family including my one year old. We will definitely be back.
