The Maidstone Retreat is a 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate. The Maidstone Retreat is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful furnishings. All bedrooms have a Smart UHD ROKU equipped TV with a full cable channel line-up as well as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, YouTube etc. The living room and loft areas both have 65" Smart UHD TV.

*** IMPORTANT: This home is as NEW. It has all the latest design and smart home features from the builder. Beautiful brick pattern floor tile, lavish quartz counter tops and super luxurious designer furniture creating a modern, luxurious and functional space. ***

When you arrive at The Maidstone Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a Mediterranean Stucco facade and a barrel tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a UHD living room 65” smart TV with added premium channels, along with Smart Roku HD TV's in each of the 9 bedrooms and a further Smart 65” Roku TV in the loft area.

There are 4 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 Star Wars themed bedroom with twin over full bunk and single trundle (sleeping 4), 1 with 3 full beds, and 1 further bedroom with twin/full bunk with pull out twin bed – comfortably sleeping up to 26 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with quartz counter tops and the latest GE stainless-steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large luxury dining room table (that seats 10) or around the outside patio table (that seats 6).

Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces south, which ensures total sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

This house was perfect for our group and exactly as photographed/described. Spacious and clean! Also, the location is ideal, especially if you don’t want to deal with tournament parking at the Omni Championsgate fields. We actually walked to the fields one day, 20 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The house was spacious and clean. The pool was warm and spa was heated. It would be nice if the garbage container was bigger because we had 2 birthday dinners with lots of garbage. We had to find ways to dispose of garbage without being charged. Also, we can’t have any surprise guest.s because guests name must be turned in ahead of time. Overall the stay was great and the house was magnificent. The price was great.

Beautiful clean spacious

Me and my family booked this place for memorial day weekend and it was great. This house was beautiful, spacious, and it accommodated our whole family. Sadly, we did not get to explore the amenities at the clubhouse with the lazy river, but the house was perfect and we really didn’t even need to leave entertainment with the game room and pool was enough for us. Would definitely book again.

Nice house. Tons of beds

This property was great. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of cookware and anything else a big group would need. Close to community pool. Owner was very helpful and detailed. We even had an issue with the air conditioner (hello Florida summers :) and within 45 minutes of making the property manager aware there was a issue, he had a service man there at 8 o’clock at night, fixing it! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in this family friendly home

We really enjoyed our time at Maidstone Villa. The place is large and well thought out for big groups, with lots of crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Andrew is fantastic to communicate with, very responsive and resolved a few minor things promptly for us. Be sure to stop at the supermarket for all supplies, otherwise relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay.

Not pleased with the property manager for this address and location at the Champions Gate community. The reason is: The property manager charged me with leaving stains on ten separate towels. The towels were old and used. We left the towels in the same cleaned condition as we arrived. We left the property in good condition and should not be charged for the alleged stains on ten towels

Paradise at ChampionsGate

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay. The house was great for a large group.

The we house was great for a large group with a wide age range. Unfortunately upon arrival we found it not to be so clean. The bathrooms had hair in the shower & floors & dirty floors throughout the house. A few items were broken but I let the management company know, and they arrived the very next day to fix the stuff. That was very impressive..

Dirty understocked house

As someone who owns several short term rentals I am very aware of what is necessary for people to be comfortable. This house really missed the mark. The floors were filthy. We all commented on how dirty our feet were from the moment we arrived. The pots and pans had lots of food dried and crusted on them. There are only 7 knives and 14 forks. This place sleeps 26. There should be enough. It is “ required” that I wash all the towels. First of all, I pay a cleaning fee, second of all, if this is required then detergent should be provided. There are no washcloths provided and the comforters were stained. There is a 27 page manual of rules. I have never been so uncomfortable to touch anything. “ if the remote control is not placed under the television, I will be charged” , “ if the utensils are not placed back in the drawer exactly where they were. Will be charged” and so on. And there are framed rules all over the house. The thermostat cannot go under 75 degrees. We were all hot and miserable. Crazy to spend so much money and not enjoy ourselves. Again, as someone who runs rentals we are very respectful of other people’s properties and this was ridiculous.

Nice house, stocked fairly well, almost no cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Had to shop a lot.

Property was nice, too many rules, like only using hot tub 2 hours a day. The resort pool is nice, but very hard to go to if you have children with allergies, absolutely no food allowed. Would be smart for owner to provide different color towels so 19 people aren't all using white towels DO NOT ORDER GRILL-IT IS NOT A NORMAL GRILL AND WAS DISGUSTING AND NOT CLEAN AND HARD TO CLEAN.

Champions Gate Experience

Had issues with the door to the garage and Andrew fixed it immediately. Ordered a crib, the property should have mentioned there was no high chair. If you are ordering a crib a high chair is a nessesity. Overall, the layout is great and it was a very enjoyable week. Thank you, Andrew!

It was okay

The house overall is an good house, nice community. The owner communicated very well. The only issues we had was very bad gnats, we found some old cheese in a cabinet. We cleaned the kitchen good and tried to get rid of the gnats but they were just too horrible. The showers are horrible with mold, needs a deep cleaning. We also seen hair in the showers that wasn’t ours prior to showering. I did reach out to the owner after vacation just to inform him of the issues we ran into. He communicated well. Not a bad house, just can use some deep cleaning in the showers.

Good but not fully equipped for large group

We had a good stay here and have never had as responsive a property manager as Andrew was - he was extremely prompt and thorough in addressing all of our questions and needs, which we were so grateful for. The house had plenty of beds/rooms to accommodate our group of 17 (ages 8 to 73), but the house is otherwise tight for a group our size, and the kitchen is really not well equipped for large groups - in terms of quantity of items, functioning kitchen tools, or size of fridge. I cannot imagine having had any bigger a group in the house. There were no convenience items already available in the kitchen or bathrooms (eg trash bags, hand soap, detergent, salt/pepper, etc.). The Oasis club was nice but does not allow any outside food or drink on property, unless water in disposable bottles, which was a big pain. We did enjoy using the pools and gym though. Overall our stay was fine, and we had a good time, but I highly recommend that the owners take time to stay in the house with a group to betteru understand all the things that could be better provided, in the kitchen especially. Many thanks to Andrew for all his help!

Excellent Location- Close To Disney Parks

Plenty of rooms for 20 of us to spread out in this spacious property. The house was clean and the beds and furniture were comfy. A couple of things that I wasn’t prepared for was there were no washcloths and there were also no dishcloths or dish towels for kitchen clean up and no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage liners. There was also not a coffeemaker. The kitchen had no spices (salt & pepper, oil, etc) This was a bit of a drawback as we had to buy a lot of incidentals that ended up being thrown out at the end of our stay. The water pressure for both shower and toilets was not very good. Being a person with long hair it was very difficult rinsing shampoo out. The deep tub in the master bath was a disappointment as it did not have jets for making bubbles for a relaxing bath. If you need a crib or high chair or stroller be prepared to pay extra -none of these come with the rental and are expensive to rent.

The scammer owner

I stayed at this property with my family. Upon arrival we had issues with the owner about the code to get in he kept telling us to refer back to the welcome packet that the code was in the message but it never was. Towels and rags were stain and old, they don’t wash the bed sheets at this property they ask you to fold the sheets back when you leave because when they come in to clean if the sheets don’t look dirty they just make the bed back up. We found hair and stains in the beds which tells you they don’t wash them. Also the owner will try and charge you for his old stain rags and towels and try to tell you they was new, he try’s to charge costumers extra fees to buy new things for his property so he doesn’t have to spend the money. The mop head was so filthy at the property we had to buy a new one to use, toilet brushes disgusting! Baseboards filthy pissed stains around all the toilets in the house! The company this guy has cleaning his property needs to be fired asap. I brought these issues to the owner and he said send pictures then when I sent the picture he said he couldn’t receive it lol. The jacuzzi area has loose bricks so be careful in that area. Me and my family make the best of our situations so we just cleaned and washed everything before and after use and didn’t let this ruin our trip but I can say so much more but I’m tired of writing but I will never use this house again!
