Tuscana Resort at Champions Gate is a beautiful gated Mediterranean-style community, conveniently located near Orlando’s top attractions and championship golf courses minutes away. The condo has a full kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Dining room with seating for six. Living room has a balcony view of the conservation area. Property is kids & pet friendly. A pack-n-play is available, you just need to bring babies sheets and blankets. Enjoy staying in a one of a kind property.
The 3rd floor condo has a open concept the with the kitchen being open to the dining and family room for entertaining family and friends. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel GE appliances full size electric stove, French door refrigerator, full size microwave, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare meals The master bedroom with a king size bed, 32' flat screen TV and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and a 32' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a full size bed and one twin bed with a closet and a 32' flat screen TV. In the living room is a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed and a 42' flat screen Roku TV for your enjoyment. Off the living room is a private screened in balcony with chairs and a table overlooking a conservation area. You will find a stacked Washer and Dryer for your use. An iron & ironing board are available. Bath and pool towels provided for your stay. Also included are starter amenities/essentials to settle in for example: Coffee with sugar kit, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dish Washer Soap, and Dish Soap & Sponge. Toilet paper, and all garbage containers have bags. Parking is free.
Check in time is 4:00 pm or after. Please check in at the guest lobby located at the front entrance for access to the gate. After 10 pm there is night security that can grant you access to the property. Transportation by car is the easiest method to get around the Orlando and parking is free at the condo. As a hint it is best to leave early to get to the theme parks as traffic can get heavy later in the morning. There are many restaurants to choose from just a short 3 minute drive away or 10 minutes walking. There are 2 Championship golf courses within a 5 minute drive from the condo.

Conveniently located near Orlando’s top attractions. Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Disney Springs. It is a short drive to International Drive & the Convention Center, Old Town, and Legoland. If you enjoy cooking, Publix Supermarket is around the corner from the community, or enjoy all the places nearby Millers Ale House, Chili's Restaurant Bar & Grill, Red Robin, Subways, Wendy’s, Panera Bread, Fish & Chips shop, China One, Pizzeria, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin' Donuts, First Watch, Blue Coast, and Baskins Robbin for Dessert!
Car transportation is the easiest method and parking is free at the resort. As a hint it is best to leave early for the theme parks as traffic gets worse as the day goes on. It is a short 3 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. A Publix grocery store is about a 5 min drive away. You can walk to the restaurants which is about a 10 minute walk.
Bath towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided for your stay.
Please note amenities/essentials are provided as a starter kit only. the quest is responsible for additional amenities/essentials during their stay.
Pet Fee: The standard pet fee is up to $125 per stay only dogs allowed sorry no cats. Please contact owner with details on how many pets as additional fees may be applied. Guest must provide pounds of pet and current rabies vaccination for approval. Please note maximum allowable weight is 30 lbs.
A Gate/Clubhouse key is also provided. If lost you will be subject to a $35.00 fee to replace.
