"This location was perfect for my boyfriend, our dog, and myself! There is a beautiful fenced in back yard that has a very cute fire pit. We did not use it but it was nice to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee while our dog was able to explore. The rental had everything we needed including dishware and laundry detergent. "We loved Heather's cottage, it was clean and just as advertised. Our favorites were watching the sunset on the porch, taking walks in the beach and horseback riding just down the road. Highly recommend, if we ever get a chance to go back to NC this cottage will be the place we'll book for sure! "

"Nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Washer dryer nice, had to wedge dryer door to keep it shut. Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community."
