The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential."

"The property was a good size and in a nice area. The pool and garden are great and even in late October the whole family enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. We did have some big storms and issues with leaks in the bedroom and bathroom. "

Nice roof terrace and patio area. Pool was a bit dated but was very clean. Owner was very nice and he spoke good English..Ideal for cyclists and hikers. Took under an hour to drive from Palma airport..kitchen has a dishwasher and a nice oven and hob. Washing machine in utility room I overall recommend this place.."

We were delighted on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, making the most of the well equipped kitchen and outside cooking and dining spaces. It was fabulous to be within a short drive of both Puerto Pollença and the fascinating old town, with a range of restaurants. With a supermarket nearby to buy regional Rośe wine as well as historic buildings to explore, our visit was a great success. Would strongly recommend booking....

He is easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and truly wants you to have a great stay. "Villa Irina is a lovely villa situated in the beautiful town of Pollença. It had all the amenities you would want, with a lovely pool, beautiful gardens; patio area and BBQ. Great for 4 people but would also accommodate 6 easily. Located near to the coast with stunning views of the mountains and coast, and full of history. Thoroughly recommended!"

"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much"

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "

"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip.
