"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. "A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. "I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. "We loved our time at Domingo’s place! He was kind enough to meet us and help carry bags up the many steps and show us around. The view from the balcony was awesome so we enjoyed a few dinners out there.
