The Orient Point Vacation House sits on an open acre with lush scenic views where farmland meets the sound and the romance of wine country is all around. This coastal retreat is nestled on a quaint road in the coveted hamlet of Orient Point, on the Long Island Sound of New York.

Guest House Features;
This large 3000 Sq. Ft. spacious home is in pristine condition, immaculately clean, hardwood floors, plush carpets and traditional interior finishes.
Central Air Condition throughout. Large open great room offers a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating. Breathtaking unique views and nature watching through three 8' tall French doors that open to a large mahogany deck overlooking the Long Island Sound and an organic farm reserve.

Accommodations Include: 5 Private Guest Rooms w/ 3 Guest Rooms located on the 2nd floor with One Full Bath.

Wish I could have stayed longer!
We stayed at your beautiful home with four other couples and had a wonderful time! The house is located on a quiet street with views of the Sound and neighboring farms. It's hard to believe you are in New York when you are here. The house is spacious with plenty of natural light. The rooms are large and comfy and decorated beautifully! The master bedroom has a balcony and if you leave the drapes open, you will be treated to a spectacular sunrise! If you are considering visiting the east end of Long Island, I highly recommend the O'Hagan House! Thank you for your hospitality!

Relaxing Getaway
My family, friends and I all had a great time here! This home is very spacious, comfortable, immaculate and close to all that the North Fork of Long Island has to offer. Just steps away from the water - awesome views of the Long Island Sound and CT from the second floor. Everyone enjoyed meeting in the large great room which opens up to a beautiful deck. Very close to Greenport, wineries, restaurants and the cross-sound ferry. A great place to bring the whole family!

Great Family Vacation
House is great for entertaining and vacationing with family. While you need to drive a mile or so to take the kids to the beach, it is very easy to get to and as mentioned not very far. The open layout of the house is very nice and the kids had just as much fun in the backyard as they did at the beach. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful Home, Great Setting
This is an absolutely beautiful home in an idyllic setting! The home is great for families or groups of friends. Lots of space and a big back yard abutting a field. We saw deer almost every night. Very pretty! The state beach is very close, within biking distance is you don't mind a busy road. The only drawback is a $10.00 fee per car/per day. The other local beaches will not admit you unless you are a resident. This is the only reason I am giving this property four stars. If you are a beach person, there isn't much of a choice. Otherwise, there is plenty to do for both adults and children. Overall, a really nice vacation!

Great Place
Stayed here recently with my family and this place is beautiful. We had lots of room and plenty of seating in the living room & dining room. Huge country farm table, awesome! We palyed pictionary at the table until midnight. The kids had a ball, this is a great family house. Greenport is 8 miles away and there are plenty of nice places to eat & fun things to do. The state park is 1.5 miles away and you can rent kyaks by the hour. Fishing & boating is a must. We had lots of fun & created great family memories. Thanks James, we will all be BACK!!!
