"Wonderful property. We loved that there are 4 king ensuite rooms! Made it perfect for our trip with 7. You are about a 15 min walk to Orient Beach or a 5 minute drive, which made it nice to go grab coffee. We easily drove to Grand Case for dinner (10 mins) on the water. Overall, wonderful location for a week in St. Martin. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive, even booking us reservations throughout our stay. "

Home is very well equipped, and appreciated the cistern that more than covered us during a short public water outage that affected all of the French side during our stay. We never had any issues. "Overall we had a good time at the property. Its located 5 min from Orient beach and makes a quick drive to Grand Case and Pinel. Super U is also 5 minutes away. The property is nicely docorarated (loved the jukebox) and communicaiton with the owners was always on time. I wish the property had better WIFI reception - the signal is weak and only available on the patio. You can't stream anything inside the house. "This was one of the newer places we have stayed on the island and really enjoyed it. Bedroom bathroom setup was great for multiple adult couples. Beds were really comfortable and they had very nice linens and towels. Great location with easy access to the beach. Nice pool for relaxing at home. Would definitely go back. "
