"From the time of check in to check out, everyone was friendly. Erik took care of us at time of check in. we did have an issue with the heater, the lady, that worked the morning shift. Got maintenance up to the hotel room right away. Ricardo maintenanceman, did a great job getting that heater issue taken care of. Very clean comfortable place to stay. If ever needed to be in portland overnight, this will be a place to stay again."

"My car was broken into while parked at the hotel lot. I understand that it’s a neighborhood issue but still wish there were more security, especially around the hotel property. "

"The heater takes half an hour to warm up. The front desk apon check in said as much. Would have been nice, if they had turned the heat up before we arrived "

"The front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing specially Sam . I like how clean and so calming this hotel was . Definitely making another trip and staying in this hotel . I wish they offered an iron instead of having to rent it . Besides that , my family and I enjoyed our stay ."
