"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay."

"This is a lively hotel with amazing staff. From the moment I walked into Mama shelta I felt at home. It's a short distance to the old town and other amazing sites as well. The food choice is excellent and the booze is tops. It's amazing for everyone, singles to couples and families."

"This is our second time staying. The rooms and service are fantastic and we love the breakfast. Also, the lounge is great for a before or after dinner cocktail. The pizzas are great too in case you want to stay in the hotel for a meal. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can be anywhere in Prague within 10 minutes. The Nardoni Trida train stop on the yellow line is across the street in the bottom floor of a very nice shopping center. "
