"Great property. Easy to locate. Comfortable with a group of 6 adults and 3 kids under 3. Be mindful of the sprinklers so you dont get caught out with cars being open/windows down. Raised a hazard with the host which hasnt been acknowledged (exposed pipe in backyard which childs leg fell into)."
