"We stayed twice. Dates 4th to the 6th January then 15th to 17th January due to a major scouting event happening in Maryborough. The first room 31 we stayed at had 2 air conditioners in 2 rooms. Kept the rooms cool at all times. It was great with lots of room to move around. Very comfortable. The second room 22 was meant to be an upgrade. "I stayed overnight. Very friendly man at reception. Met all my criteria - good door lock, good air con, good hot water, comfy bed, very clean and car park outside the unit. They also provide crockery (more than just a mug) and cutlery, salt and pepper, washing up equipment and breakfast (the muesli and orange juice was nice) which is more than many places. The only thing that was not 5-star was the view but that is not too important and the beach is only about 5 blocks away. Would recommend."

"The bathroom could do with a scrub as a lot of mould on the grout, smears of something on walls. Old mattresses in full brow when driving in and old junk. Seemed there were long term stayers living there? Old and run down. Sheets of plastic out the back of our room, it was raining and dripping was keeping us awake most of the night. Wouldn’t stay again 😕"
