"The stay overall was good. The pools and hot tubs were clean. The grounds were well maintained.The unfortunate thing was the cockroaches we had upon entering the room was an issue. The hotel suggested moving to a different room but we did decline as we were unsure if another room would have the same issue. "The concierge desk was great and very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. As for the room, the bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. And the maid service was lacking.
