Lamanai Landings Hotel and Marina

3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (118)
"On arrival there was a friendly welcome from Nate and although we were early our room was ready. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which operates separately from the hotel, it's called The Deck. It is open most of the day and  looks out over the lake which is really pleasant and good for spotting various birds and small crocodiles.  The restaurant is supposed to be closed on Tuesdays but luckily they were open when we were there. Best to check. The hotel office can help with tours if needed....

Abezza Resort And Adventure Spa

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (106)
"Beautiful funky spa in jungle. Our stay was very good and we toured Maya sites and took a river tour. We did not use the spa facilities as it isn’t our thing. Be aware that it is on the old north highway which is poorly maintained. I.e. many potholes in the paved road and much of the road is gravel."
