"There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area."

"House was very clean. Beds comfortable. Backyard great with a nice pool. Very private. Only thing with bedrooms the side with master was freezing and the other 2 rooms on other side stayed a lot warmer. Maybe ac unit needs a check. Other than that great place."
