Guest return annually to this lovely condo for many reasons. The suite features an excellent view of the Gulf while being close enough to the water for guests to hear the sounds of the surf. The ample balcony is accessible from the primary bedroom and living room and has comfortable furniture that invites guests to linger. With two full baths, 311s offers everyone plenty of space to ready themselves for all that Wind Drift and the area have to offer. The full-sized washer and dryer and dishwasher make it easy to keep everything clean during your stay. Wind Drift is a place for the whole family to enjoy some fun and make delightful memories, and we're confident you will be one of the many who return again and again.

Some construction will be taking place on the property from February 24th to March 20th 2025. This may include but is not limited to some work on doors and walkways.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring break family vacation
My sister and I brought our kids to spend a few days of spring break at the beach. We loved the location of the condo and that it was on the beach. The layout was great. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook some meals. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Family week at Orange Beach
We love the location of this unit. It is nicely furnished and clean. The beach views can’t be beat! We found the kitchen to be minimally equipped for cooking and there was a scarcity of bedcovers, both of which contributed to a lower rating.

In need of some repairs
The home is in a great location, however it really needs updated and repaired. Both faucets in the bathroom tubs were in such bad shape the water sprayed out the front. The balcony furniture is broken and tried to be covered by cushions. The cabinets in the kitchen had food where you grab to open them along of edge. I was kinda disappointed, since we use vacasa to book our vacations.

The condo was clean but everything very out dated.
The condo was clean and well equipped but bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of updates. Actually the entire condo needed updating with paint and furniture. The living room had too much furniture. You could hear noise from unit above us. Some of the ceiling lights did not work.

Huge parking problem have to park across the street. Condo needs repairs/updating. No info left regarding operation of TV or WI-FI had to call agency. Still couldn’t get bedroom TVs to work. Super dated and bit beat up looking Stains on cabinets, walls, ceiling Pealing paint in showers and black spots, faucets seem corroded and water sprays everywhere Glass around kitchen island broken and sharp Master mattress old, uncomfortable, dips Entire box spring displayed is tacky Pillows were paper thin and old and stained. Had to use couple blankets layered because so thin. Sheets were scratchy. Fan in master made constant loud noise. Eventually had to turn it off so we could sleep Towels in bathroom seem old and felt like sandpaper. Inside couch and chair covers were stained….never sat on them. Balcony furniture was super stained and chairs around table were moldy looking and ripped. 10 digit code for door i can get but seemed excessive and definitely not remembering that without walking around with phone and piece of paper. Definitely would never stay here again or recommend.

Great view/quiet condo
The view of the beach was great and access to it was very easy. The best part is there is not any condos to the right of this property making for a good stretch of secluded beach.

Mold in bedroom
We did not realize it when we arrived at the condo that there was mold in the 2nd bedroom. The ladies that slept in there on our first night were throwing up the next morning. There was mold on the mattress! I contacted Vacasa at 5:30 a.m. and told them. Then after waiting all day for someone to either move us or someway get us a new mattress we had to stay there another night and were transferred to another condo the next day. We packed everything up and when we got to the new condo we used the key code and saw that it was already occupied. They sent us to a condo that was already booked! Thankfully we are honest people and fortunately no one was in the room when we walked in. Then we had to wait on the balcony of that condo for 3 hours before Vacasa finally found us a 3rd condo to move to. This was the 1st and last time I will ever use Vacasa for a vacation in Orange Beach.

Good for the money spent
The cleanliness was good.. Have absolutely no complaints there.. There were a few things to note. Its just mostly wear and tear things but there were a few ac vents loose.. Chips in the kitchen sink.. Mirrors are peeling back in the guest bathroom and the tubs did not drain properly.. We got hair out of the guest bathroom fairly easily but no way to do that in the master bathroom so was constantly in 2 inches of water to shower. Nothing I couldnt live with or anything but just wanted to point it out. The sofa bed was lumpy also.. Which what sofabed isnt? Lol.. My daughter slept on it just fine though. The kitchen was well stocked even though I didn't use any of it.

Amazing Spring Break For All!!
From the moment we walked into our condominium we were all taken back by the amazing views! The online description was completely accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will for sure be back next year to stay again!!!
